Although there are so many people feel the book Rich Dad Poor Dad opened their insights about the money, not a few who criticize and controversy over his work. A search by the U.S. government itself reveals that Kiyosaki actually not as successful now before he sells his books. In other words, precisely because Kiyosaki became rich selling book Rich Dad Poor Dad and not for doing what he writes. At least Rich Dad Poor Dad and various derivative products has added to the coffers Robert tens of millions of dollars.

John T Reed, an investor Real Estate real (Real Estate is one of the investment focus in the book Rich Dad Poor Dad) write a complete critique of what is written Kiyosaki. Several other authors added that what he wrote just a motivational words and poor practical application. Responding to this, Kiyosaki dismissed and said that a book must be enjoyable to read and is inspiring.

One other criticism is about the Rich Dad figures that many times told in his book. Search Most observers find that the character who narrated Rich Dad Robert Kiyosaki does not exist purely fictional alias. To this, Kiyosaki said that his character is really there and died shortly before Rich Dad Poor Dad book was published without further explaining the name and identity. Until now Rich Dad is still a mystery whether or not there. Some skeptics finally say should book Rich Dad Poor Dad and its derivatives books included in the fiction category parallel to Harry Potter novels by JK Rowling.

It’s a fact! and we can not deny it. We are (again) in times of crisis and just read the paper today to find out.

But “turn the crisis into opportunity” should be much more than a slogan or a nice motivational phrase. To successfully face these days, every employer should dispense with strategies that will help keep their businesses afloat.

CNNExpansión’s blog, I found 8 strategies to counteract the effects of the crisis in business. These strategies can not be ignored. Are fundamental and we just read, analyze and implement them with a sense of urgency in business.

They talk among other things, analyze the market, know the competition and make alliances. But especially I want to expand on one that catches my attention because usually the entrepreneurs and business owners give little importance and is: KNOW THE INTERNAL RATES OF YOUR COMPANY.

Today more than ever, employers need to establish measurement indices and controls that allow us at any time and with a high level of detail, determine costs, yields and levels of growth and profitability of the company.

This strategy tells us to know our business thoroughly to determine accurately the decisions necessary to keep it running.

To do this, you need to define the most important parameters that help you measure those areas of the company that should be under control. Some ideas to help you define:

* Numbers of daily and monthly sales

* Production volumes

* Effectiveness of your sales

* Cost of sales

* Advertising and promotion costs

* Levels of administrative burden

* Costs of wages and labor liabilities

* Average Ticket

* Utility Margins

* Lines products or services with higher demand

* Products line with lower demand

* Customer Base

* And other than yourself think are important

Having established the parameters, you must define acceptable margins within your own internal goals and work to achieve them.

Successfully applied this strategy will help you make clearer decisions about staff reductions, moderation of production lines, focus, rationing advertising expenses, salaries and commissions analysis, etc.

And remember, no matter if your business is large or small, must also be professional and work smart for your own purposes.

In times of crisis, some companies disappear and others grow. The difference is that the people who run them, have enough insight to analyze and implement appropriate strategies.

BMC acted not only as a sponsor of the congress, but also had an active part in the program. Former minister William and alleged partner in BMC, said during the mini-symposium “Labour market crisis and” the leadership that municipalities can play in the economic crisis to face. According Alleged municipalities can effectively act as bridge builders, but they must be prepared to take initiatives and are open to innovative ideas. As part of the mini-symposium was a panel discussion held in which Mark Wilke, Director of Social Security at BMC, participated. Wilke defended his view that social services during the economic crisis at their core should remain.
