The “work environment” of the offices is something that most people recognize when it is in action in their jobs, but they often find it difficult to define in words. Some will say it is a “win the best,” or a “reward and punishment”, while others will say it is an “every man for himself”, a “throw the dirt under the carpet” or one “is awarded to those who pretend to work.”

All these definitions without doubt not manage to give an account of the work environment, but may account for some aspects that could only be underpinned by correct or change policy. And no matter if the points are positive or negative, can always be useful to know they know better how to develop strategies to deal with obstacles and setbacks of the labor scene.

On many occasions, the go are really high, and there is a system in which, if they are able to jump, is likely to keep his job or be promoted, but if not, you can bump against the hard pavement and having to go out find a new job.

Starting to intervene
In order to intervene in these environments through effective policies, it must include a central aspect: in any game (and life in the office in some way it is) is essential to success are well known rules. Indeed, many workers agree that the workplace is a game to be played, but want, within all possible, avoid this game.

Of course, that does not mean they all do the same way, and indeed abounds people playing a dirty game, but according to experts say, most people within any workplace, despise the person playing dirty sooner or later he must leave office.

But even despite all this, we know that most people prefer not to deal with, trying to “ignore the problems,” which is undoubtedly a big mistake, but policy and the organization are part of the human nature, and should never be treated to avoid.
